Job Objective:
To support the planning, design coordination, and execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems across projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and execution of MEP services for projects including hospitals, pharma, and commercial infrastructure.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors for MEP design and execution.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor installation and commissioning of MEP systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and utilities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and resolve technical issues.
- Support in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control related to MEP activities.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and coordination with vendors/suppliers.
- Track project progress and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation of drawings, BOQs, approvals, and site records.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align MEP systems with operational requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of projects.
- Implement best practices in MEP design and execution.
- Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
- Good coordination and vendor management skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tools
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
