Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation and development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent client communication, and experience managing ERP/CRM or enterprise software projects. The Project Manager will coordinate with development, implementation, support, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver software implementation and development projects.
- Manage ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, HMS, and custom software projects from initiation to deployment.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into project plans.
- Coordinate with developers, support teams, and clients.
- Prepare project schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings, status meetings, and client review sessions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery with high quality.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage client expectations and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Ensure proper documentation including project plans, meeting minutes, and change requests.
- Track project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth project handover to implementation and support teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, or enterprise software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of software implementation, cloud solutions, APIs, and integrations is an added advantage.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, MBA (IT), or related field.
