Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer to manage and supervise the execution of a newly launched apartment construction project. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, quality assurance, RCC and finishing works, project monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of the project as per approved plans and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the apartment project site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, structural designs, and project specifications.
- Handle:
- Excavation & footing works
- RCC framework
- Blockwork & plastering
- Electrical & plumbing coordination
- Flooring & finishing works
- External development works
- Monitor contractor and labor productivity.
Planning & Reporting
- Prepare:
- Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Weekly site updates
- Material tracking reports
- Work schedules
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of apartment construction and RCC structures.
- Experience in high-rise or mid-rise residential projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BOQ handling.
- Ability to manage site teams and contractors effectively.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
