Key Responsibilities
Quality Inspection
- Inspect tiles after third firing for visual and surface defects.
- Check for issues such as pinholes, cracks, chipping, black spots, glaze defects, shade variation, and warpage.
- Verify tile dimensions, thickness, squareness, and overall appearance.
- Ensure finished products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
Production Monitoring
- Conduct routine quality checks during production.
- Identify recurring defects and communicate corrective actions to operators and supervisors.
- Monitor rejection percentages and help reduce wastage
Required Skills
- Good understanding of ceramic tile defects and quality standards.
- Ability to identify shade, surface, and firing-related defects.
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills.
- Basic reporting and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
