Quality Control Inspector -Nondestructive testing

Job details

To visually inspect the castings and clear the same.
To maintain discipline in the department.
To dimensionally inspect the castings as per drawing.
To report to superiors regarding deviation in specification, if any.
To coordinate and conduct NDT tests on castings as per requirement.
To do an audit inspection of castings as per the audit plan.
To be on the shop floor and inspect the deviation noted on partially fettled castings and clear the same or quarantine it for further action.
To coordinate and organize castings for third-party inspection, including customer inspection.
To visit the outside machine shop / fettling contractor for inspection.
To supervise the activity of the operators in the department.
To maintain all necessary records.
To inform the superiors regarding any indiscipline among the operators.
To maintain attendance records.
To inspect raw materials and consumables related to their department. and sign in the GRV.
To bring to the attention of the superiors regarding poor-quality raw material and consumables.
To ensure preventive maintenance of all equipment.
To inform superiors regarding a possible breakdown of equipment to prevent any major breakdown.
Attend meetings as planned and share all relevant information .
To maintain and follow ISO documents and procedures.
Any other responsibility as given by the superior officer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
