Key Responsibilities
* Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
* Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
* Process customer orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
* Handle marketplace promotions, offers, and discounts.
* Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
* Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
* Resolve customer queries and marketplace issues.
* Ensure accurate product catalog management and data updates.
* Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
* Coordinate with the marketing team for online campaigns and promotions
Pay: ₹20,793.85 - ₹25,185.39 per month
