We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Associate Acquisition Manager to drive business development, generate leads, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, capable of working independently, and comfortable with extensive field visits
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule appointments through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other professional networking platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network on LinkedIn and other business platforms.
- Visit IT parks, corporate offices, hospitals, educational institutions, wellness centers, and other organizations based on scheduled appointments.
- Present the company's products, services, and partnership opportunities during client meetings.
- Identify and acquire new clients, partners, and institutional collaborations.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into successful business partnerships.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Submit daily activity reports, appointment reports, visit reports, and weekly business updates.
- Attend training sessions at company branches and other assigned locations.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while achieving business development targets.
- Travel extensively within the city and, when required, to other cities for meetings, training, and business development activities.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Ayurveda, or any related discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Corporate Relations, Healthcare, or SaaS will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
