JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Kozhikode
Employment: Full-time
Reporting To: Manager – Operations / Management
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily interior site activities
* Coordinate workers, contractors and vendors
* Ensure work is completed as per approved design and drawings
* Monitor quality, progress and timelines
* Check material requirements and site availability
* Coordinate material delivery and usage
* Maintain daily site updates and progress reports
* Identify and report site issues to Management
* Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the site
* Coordinate with the design and operations team
Requirements
* 2+ years experience in interior/site supervision
* Knowledge of interior works and materials
* Good communication and team coordination skills
* Ability to read basic drawings
* Strong site management and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel to project sites
Pay: ₹10,145.92 - ₹25,343.43 per month
Work Location: In person
