Sales Officer (SO)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, and digital inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Toyota models.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain product features, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
- Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support dealership sales campaigns and promotional events.
Eligibility
- Graduate (preferred; some dealerships consider candidates with relevant experience).
- Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered, while 1–3 years of sales experience is often preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.

Salary
