We are looking for a smart and responsible office staff to join our reputed travel company. The ideal candidate should be able to handle basic accounting work, prepare bills and invoices and assist in booking flight tickets and holiday packages for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily billing and invoices
- Record and update transactions in Excel
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for travel requirements
- Manage driver bata and petty cash expenses
- Assist in preparing daily and monthly reports
- Provide general office administrative support
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum B.Com / Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in accounts or travel industry
- Basic knowledge of Word and MS Excel
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Friendly personality with good customer service attitude
- Willingness to learn and multitask
