Position: Factory HR Executive
Location: Barapani, Meghalaya
Experience: 3–5 Years (Manufacturing / Plant Experience Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end factory HR operations
- Handle attendance, payroll inputs, and shift management
- Manage contract labour and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labour laws)
- Recruit and manage blue-collar workforce
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Handle grievances and ensure discipline on shop floor
- Support smooth plant operations
Requirements:
- MBA / Graduate in HR
- 3–5 years experience in manufacturing unit / plant
- Good knowledge of labour laws & compliance
- Strong communication & workforce handling skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
