About AspireX Forge
AspireX Forge is a software and AI company operating across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane, with Pune opening this year. We build technology for schools, coaching institutes, and growing businesses.
What we build:
- School & coaching management software (fees, attendance, admissions, parent communication)
- AI automation for businesses (WhatsApp bots, workflow automation, lead systems)
- Custom AI software development
- AI training programmes for professionals and corporate teams
We are part of the AspireX group, which has been running education businesses for years. We are scaling our field team across the Mumbai region this year.
The Role
You will be our face on the ground. Every day you visit coaching institutes, schools, and local businesses in your assigned area, introduce what we build, and book a meeting for our product specialist.
You are not required to close the sale yourself. Your job is to open the door — our specialist team handles the demo, pricing, and paperwork.
What you will do
- Visit 10 institutes or businesses per day in your assigned territory
- Meet the owner or decision maker and introduce our products
- Show a short product video on your phone
- Book a meeting slot for our specialist
- Log every visit in our tracking sheet
- Follow up with owners who asked you to come back
What you will earn
- ₹800 for every meeting you book that gets held
- ₹8,000 for every client who signs
- Paid every Friday — no waiting until month end
- Realistic monthly earning: ₹22,000 to ₹40,000
- Top performers cross ₹50,000
Earnings are uncapped. The more doors you open, the more you make.
Who should apply
- Freshers are welcome — we train you fully
- BBA, MBA, and graduate students or graduates preferred
- Comfortable speaking Marathi, Hindi, or English with business owners
- Willing to travel daily within your area
- Confident talking to strangers and able to handle rejection

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
