We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Production Supervisor to support day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth shop floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising production operations and manpower
- Monitor daily production targets and output
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores departments
- Ensure proper discipline and safety practices on the shop floor
- Maintain production records and reports
- Support in minimizing downtime and improving productivity
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/production
- Basic knowledge of production processes and shop floor handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Freshers with strong interest in production may also apply
Preferred Skills:
- Team handling ability
- Problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
