El Mundo Sports Club is looking for a passionate and responsible Football Coach to train children between 5 and 15 years of age.
The coach will be responsible for conducting structured football training sessions, developing players' technical and tactical abilities, maintaining discipline, and creating a positive learning environment for young athletes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct football training sessions for children aged 5–15 years.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions.
- Basic tactics and game awareness
- Develop players' fitness, coordination, agility, speed and balance.
- Conduct small-sided games and match-based activities.
- Identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Maintain discipline and ensure children follow club standards.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding player development when required.
- Support the club during tournaments, matches, camps and special events.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all training sessions.
- Follow the coaching methodology and training standards of El Mundo Sports Club.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience coaching or handling children aged 5–15 years.
- Good understanding of football fundamentals and youth development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children.
- Patient, disciplined and approachable personality.
- Ability to manage groups of young players.
- Good understanding of age-appropriate coaching methods.
- Passion for football and working with young athletes.
- Punctual and reliable.
Preferred Qualifications
- AFC / AIFF coaching certification or equivalent football coaching qualification.
- Playing experience at competitive level.
- Experience working with football academies or grassroots programs.
- Experience participating in youth tournaments.
Pay: Up to ₹750.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
