We are looking for a results-driven Digital Campaigns Manager who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital campaigns while focusing on lead quality, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Role Overview
As a Digital Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, implementing tracking systems, optimizing lead funnels, and integrating CRM and WhatsApp automation solutions to improve marketing effectiveness.
The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, data-driven, and capable of turning marketing budgets into measurable business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize all paid campaigns
- Manage lead generation, conversion, and sales-focused campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Identify opportunities to reduce CPL and improve conversion rates
- Implement and manage CRM systems
- Create lead qualification and nurturing workflows
- Improve lead tracking and sales pipeline visibility
- Implement WhatsApp API solutions
- Design automated customer journeys and lead nurturing flows
- Configure Meta Pixel and Conversion API
- Set up Google Ads conversion tracking
- Manage Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Implement UTM tracking and attribution frameworks
- Ensure accurate tracking across all marketing channels
Required Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Strong expertise in Google Ads
- Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and attribution
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion optimization
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
