We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential students, explain our courses, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for counselling students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads generated from digital marketing campaigns
- Explain courses, fees, and career opportunities to students
- Schedule and manage student visits to the institute
- Maintain proper follow-up and track leads in CRM
- Handle queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle objections and close leads
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Eligibility:
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience in telecalling / counselling is a plus (Freshers can apply)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
