Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketer to build and manage our brand presence across digital platforms. This role will focus on driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our SaaS platform serving the towing and storage lifecycle industry. The ideal candidate understands how to translate complex operational workflows into simple, engaging content that resonates with business users.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
· Manage platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and industry-specific forums
· Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with product releases and industry trends
· Create engaging posts, visuals, videos, and short-form content
· Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
· Respond to comments and build relationships with stakeholders
· Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
· Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2–5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
· Experience with B2B or SaaS marketing preferred
· Strong content creation and storytelling skills
· Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms
· Basic understanding of paid social advertising
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
