Role description
Education Qualification: BE (Electronics/ Electronics-communication/industrial)
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Location: Pune/Mumbai
Key Responsibilities/Deliver:
ø BE/B Tech/M Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics or equivalent in hardware engineering with 10 to 12 years’ experience
ø Experience working with Schneider Electric / L&T products or in industrial automation domain preferred.
ø Hands on experience in hardware circuit design and development in Analog, Digital and High Speed.
ø Experience in micro controllers i.e. ST/Renesas/NXP etc with various interfaces and Protocols.
ø Hands on experience in the design H/W, and HDLs solutions of new Products
ø Good understanding and review of the various components
ø Hands on experience in Schematic design using Allegro, and Altium
ø Review and guidance to the PCB designer for the placement, routing etc.
ø Understanding signal integrity principles ensures reliable data transmission within electronic systems.
ø Hands-on experience with testing equipment Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators etc.
ø Track record of Hands-on experience working in R&D environment in development of Products
ø Experience in Microcontrollers, Processors, A/D, D/A etc.
ø Understanding of various certifications & regulatory standards and experience of EMI EMC testing, ie.RE, CE, RS, Surge, EFT, ESD
ø Must be self-motivated, creative, focused, accountable and have a strong follow-through to drive a project to completion
ø Coordination with cross functional teams and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
ø Must possess excellent, professional oral and written English communication skills to work in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team environment.
ø Must be Detail Oriented, Team Player and willing to learn new technologies with minimal guidance
