Store Executive
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage inventory, material receipts, GRN processing, stock movements, and material issuance within our manufacturing facility. The role involves coordinating with Production, Quality Control, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow, accurate inventory records, and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and delivery challans.
- Prepare and maintain accurate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for inspection and approval of received materials.
- Maintain accurate store inventory records and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and support periodic physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, tagging, and location mapping of materials.
- Issue materials as per approved production requirements and maintain issuance records.
- Track material movements and consumption on the production floor.
- Maintain all store-related documentation, reports, and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, material handling procedures, and housekeeping practices.
- Support overall store operations and provide backup coverage when required.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Stores, Inventory, Warehouse, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Knowledge of GRN preparation, inventory management, stock control, and material movement processes.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems for inventory transactions, GRN creation, stock transfers, material issuance, and inventory tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work closely with Production, Procurement, and Quality teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using ERP systems & inventory management software will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
