Job Title: Website Developer & SEO Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
We are looking for a skilled Website Developer & SEO Executive who can develop, manage, and optimize websites for better search visibility, traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of WordPress, website development, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and website performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Create landing pages, service pages, booking pages, and lead-generation websites.
- Customize themes, plugins, forms, menus, banners, and website sections as per requirements.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, fast-loading, secure, and user-friendly.
- Perform on-page SEO including keyword research, meta titles, descriptions, headings, image optimization, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Work on technical SEO such as sitemap submission, robots.txt, schema markup, broken-link fixes, redirects, indexing issues, and Core Web Vitals.
- Improve website speed, performance, user experience, and conversion rate.
- Set up and manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, backlinks, leads, and overall SEO performance.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing team for SEO blogs, website content, and campaign landing pages.
- Handle regular website backups, plugin updates, bug fixing, and maintenance.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, hosting, domains, and website troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and SEO tools.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.
- Basic understanding of backlink building, local SEO, and competitor research.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Website Development and SEO.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Webflow, or custom website development will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI coding tools, and AI content tools is preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical skills, SEO knowledge, and a portfolio may also apply.
