An Integrated Management System (IMS) Engineer designs, implements, and continuously refines a unified framework that consolidates an organization’s quality, environmental, and health & safety protocols. They ensure strict adherence to international standards (like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) while driving efficiency and process improvements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
· IMS Development & Governance: Design, implement, and maintain integrated policies, procedures, and work instructions to establish a clear operational framework across all business units.
· Compliance & Audit Management: Plan and execute internal audits, and act as the primary interface for second-party and third-party certification audits to ensure continued compliance with ISO standards.
· Risk Management & Root Cause Analysis: Identify risks, facilitate root cause analysis for process deviations, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
· Training & Change Management: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IMS processes, assessing the impact of organizational changes on existing management systems.
· Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), evaluate data, and report on the effectiveness of the integrated management system to organizational leadership.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
