Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
1. To Extract all necessary information and assign codes (CPT, ICD-10-CM & HCPCS) which most accurately describe each documented diagnosis, surgical procedure and special therapy.
2. To analyze Provider documentation to assure the appropriate Evaluation & Management (E&M) levels are assigned using the correct CPT Code.
3. Ensure proper coding on provider documentation.
4. Reading and analysing patient records, determining the correct codes for patient records.
Experience: Minimum of 1.5 year
Certification: CPC Certified
Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
