Business Development Manager
Job Description: -
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and market share in Indore & CG region.
- Identify new business opportunities in mining, construction, and industrial segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, and key clients.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth as per company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience:
To have knowledge of diesel engines working. Strong market knowledge of Indore and Chhattisgarh regions, preferably with experience in Diesel engines.
Required Skills:
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Volvo Penta engines or similar heavy equipment products.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle key accounts and large projects.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Qualification:
- Preferably -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration
- 8 + years of experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
