Job Description – Watchman
Position: Watchman / Security Guard
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure the premises, gates, and surrounding areas.
- Control and record entry and exit of visitors, employees, vehicles, and materials.
- Conduct regular rounds of the premises.
- Maintain visitor and security registers.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activity.
- Prevent unauthorized access.
- Report theft, damage, accidents, or other incidents immediately.
- Ensure gates, doors, and access points are properly secured.
- Maintain safety and discipline around the premises.
- Follow instructions given by management/supervisor.
Requirements
- Physically fit, alert, and responsible.
- Punctual and disciplined.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Previous watchman/security experience preferred.
- Willing to work Monday to Sunday, 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
