Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure & Asset Management
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and tracking of IT assets across all schools and offices.
- Standardize IT procurement processes and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Develop SOPs for hardware, software, and network usage across the organization.
- Ensure uptime, data security, and IT support services for all locations.
2. Digital Transformation & Process Automation
- Evaluate, identify, and implement digital tools and platforms for automation across departments including:
- HR: Employee lifecycle management, payroll systems, attendance tracking.
- Procurement: Inventory control, vendor management, purchase workflows.
- School Management: ERP integration, student lifecycle systems, parent communication tools.
- Finance: Digital invoicing, fee collection systems, financial dashboards.
- Lead cross-functional digitalization projects ensuring integration and user adoption.
- Build or source platforms that align with our educational philosophy and operational needs.
3. Strategic IT Planning
- Define and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization’s vision.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.
- Work closely with academic and administrative leadership to drive tech-enabled learning environments.
4. Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Build and lead a strong internal IT team.
- Manage external vendors and technology partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews, audits, and updates to IT processes and infrastructure
Educational/Professional Qualification:
· BE/B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related technical discipline
· Postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related management discipline is preferred
· Certifications in networking, cybersecurity, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MCB, Entab etc)
Experience:
· 8–12 years of experience in IT management, including hands-on ERP implementation and IT infrastructure management, preferably in the education sector
· Strong understanding of systems integration, user training, and change management
Skills & Competencies:
· Proven track record in IT project management, preferably in school ERP systems.
· Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
· Ability to travel extensively across Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and occasionally Pan India.
· Hands-on approach with a strategic mindset and execution focus
