MERN Stack Developer – Role Description
We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our development team and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a good understanding of modern web development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build reusable and scalable frontend components using React.js.
- Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively within a development team.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version-control systems.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and session-based authentication.
- Understanding of database design and query optimization.
- Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Next.js.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
