We are a growing industrial lubricants manufacturing company specializing in cutting oils, hydraulic oils, rust preventive oils, greases, and metalworking fluids, catering to OEMs, industrial consumers, and distributor networks across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and disciplined Sales Coordinator to support business development through structured outbound calling.
Primary Responsibility:
Fix appointments with OEMs, industrial consumers, and purchase/production heads for the senior sales team.
Secondary Responsibility:
Identify and qualify potential distributors and channel partners.
This is a full-time Work From Home role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to OEMs, manufacturing units, and industrial buyers
- Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales/management
- Follow up on inquiries and marketing leads
- Identify and pre-qualify potential distributors
- Maintain call records and follow-up database
- Coordinate basic communication between prospects and sales team
Eligibility
- Graduate (any discipline)
- Strong Hindi communication skills (basic English preferred)
- Prior experience in tele-calling / B2B sales coordination preferred
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
- Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
- Total earning potential up to ₹30,000+ per month based on KPIs

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified OEM/consumer appointments fixed
- Quality of appointments attended by sales team
- Number of serious distributor leads identified
- Follow-up discipline and reporting consistency

- Structured daily reporting expected
