Job Description
We are hiring a Fresher E-Commerce Business Analyst to support our online business operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in e-commerce, data analysis, and digital business strategies. The selected candidate will assist in analyzing business data, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze e-commerce sales, traffic, and customer behavior data
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Track key performance indicators such as sales, conversion rate, and cart abandonment
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve website and marketplace performance
- Support requirement gathering and documentation
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for data analysis
- Maintain reports and dashboards using MS Excel or analytics tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, Engineering, or related fields)
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online business models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is an added advantage
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce domain
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers or candidates with internship experience are welcome
- Interest in e-commerce, analytics, or digital marketing
- Ability to work with data and numbers
