Job Summary
The Paint Quality Control (QC) is responsible for preparing paint, monitoring the painting process, and ensuring all painted modular kitchen components meet the company's quality standards for finish, color, and durability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix paint according to approved specifications.
- Inspect paint quality before and during application.
- Check finished products for defects such as color variation, scratches, peeling, uneven finish, and surface imperfections.
- Ensure paint thickness, finish, and appearance meet quality standards.
- Record inspection results and report quality issues to the Production Manager.
- Coordinate with the paint team to resolve defects and minimize rework.
- Maintain proper storage of paints and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in paint quality inspection, preferably in furniture, modular kitchen, or wood manufacturing.
- Knowledge of paint application, quality inspection, and finishing processes.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Location: Raipurani, Panchkula
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,104.60 per month
