Perform comprehensive neurological physiotherapy assessments and functional evaluations. Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs for patients with neurological and movement disorders. Provide gait training, balance training, mobility enhancement, posture correction, and functional retraining. Assist in robotic-assisted therapy, gait analysis, Functional Electrical Stimulation(FES),Functional Magnetic Stimulation (FMS), and EMG biofeedback-based rehabilitation programs. Support the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team during patient evaluations and therapeutic procedures. Assist in patient preparation and positioning for neuro rehabilitation procedures. Deliver rehabilitation interventions for neurological conditions and pelvic floor dysfunctions. Educate patients and care givers regarding rehabilitation goals, home exercise programs, fall prevention, and functional independence. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, progress reports, and rehabilitation outcome measures. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and quality healthcare practices. Coordinate effectively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Psychologists, and other allied health care professionals for integrated patient care. Participate in continuous clinical learning, rehabilitation activities, and departmental development initiatives.
