Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent support through calls- Voice Process . The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support/BPO (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
