Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Intern to support lead generation, client communication, market research, and sales activities. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to business development, software sales, client handling, and sales operations while working closely with the sales and management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, social media platforms, and other business channels.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities for company products and services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Reach out to prospective clients and introduce company solutions and services.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead status.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM, Bitrix, and sales trackers.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and follow-up activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and business documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and business opportunities.
- Support sales and business development campaigns.
- Handle client communication professionally through calls, emails, and official communication channels.
- Ensure prompt responses to inquiries and maintain professional client interactions.
- Assist in resolving basic client concerns and coordinate escalations when required.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain proper documentation and organized records of all business development activities.
- Follow company processes, communication standards, and reporting hierarchy.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in BBA, BMS, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, Client Handling, and Marketing.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
