Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Prepare and maintain material requirement lists for ongoing projects.
3. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
4. Handle client communications professionally and address project-related queries.
5. Manage and coordinate workforce requirements, including arranging workers as per project needs.
6. Provide regular project updates to client groups through designated communication channels.
7. Update project progress, tasks, and documentation in Zoho CRM/Projects on a timely basis.
8. Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to the management.
9. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
10. Monitor project schedules and follow up on pending activities.
11. Maintain accurate project records and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
12. Escalate project delays, issues, or risks to the management and assist in resolving them.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience : Minimum one year required.
Good communication skill in English and Hindi
