Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer (L3/Admin) to support enterprise project systems (Primavera P6 & EcoSys) hosted on a private Azure environment. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, system administration, release support, and collaboration with global teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L3 application support for Primavera P6 and EcoSys, including incident and problem management.
- Perform user access management and role configuration using Azure AD (SSO/RBAC).
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, including integrations, APIs, and connectors.
- Support release management activities, including testing, validation, and deployment coordination.
- Manage environment promotions (DEV ? TEST ? PROD) ensuring configuration consistency.
- Monitor system performance and conduct log analysis for proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with vendors, onshore/offshore teams, and stakeholders for issue resolution and enhancements.
Required Skills :
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or EcoSys
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD (SSO, RBAC)
- Basic understanding of SQL / Oracle databases
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and connectors
- Exposure to application monitoring and log analysisGood understanding of incident/problem management (ITIL)
- Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in Azure cloud environments
- Familiarity with release management and deployment processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
