Qualification: Any Graduate (B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Renewable Energy or related Engineering disciplines preferred)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the Solar Cell Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of solar cell products and specifications, along with expertise in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for solar cell products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC companies, distributors, and key customers.
- Promote and sell solar cell products by understanding customer requirements and providing suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the solar industry.
- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer visits to generate business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.
- Support customers with product selection, technical specifications, and after-sales coordination.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of total sales experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in the Solar Cell Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in B2B sales of solar cells or photovoltaic products.
- Experience in handling key accounts, channel partners, and institutional customers.
- Exposure to domestic and/or international markets will be an added advantage.
Technical Knowledge
The candidate should have strong knowledge of:
- Solar Cell Manufacturing Process
- Mono PERC, TOPCon, HJT and other solar cell technologies
- Solar Cell Product Specifications and Datasheets
- Cell Efficiency, Power Rating, Dimensions, and Electrical Parameters
- IEC Standards and Quality Requirements
- Solar industry trends and market dynamics
- Product positioning and competitive analysis
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship and account management abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
