Job Description
Oversee the planning execution and delivery of multiple largescale projects within the organization Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives through strategic project governance Manage resources efficiently across projects to optimize utilization and meet project timelines Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups to foster strong partnerships Implement best practices and frameworks in project management to drive continuous improvement Monitor project progress and performance metrics to proactively address risks and issues Support organizational growth by mentoring project teams and promoting knowledge sharing
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead resource management activities including allocation forecasting and capacity planning for projects Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements provide updates and manage expectations Develop comprehensive project plans incorporating scope schedule budget and quality parameters Establish and enforce project governance structures policies and standards Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings to track progress and resolve challenges Drive risk management processes by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and team members to achieve project success
