About Us:
Cafe Hideout is a fast-growing café brand known for specialty coffee, freshly crafted food, and vibrant community-driven spaces. We are expanding through franchise partnerships and looking for a Franchisee Development Manager to lead our growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
● Drive franchise expansion across target markets.
● Generate and qualify leads for potential franchise partners.
● Evaluate applicants, negotiate agreements, and onboard franchisees.
● Coordinate with internal teams to support franchisees in setup, training, and marketing.
● Build strong relationships with partners and ensure brand standards.
● Spearhead franchisee requirements and act as a bridge with Head Office for smooth operations.
● Achieve franchise sales and expansion targets.
Requirements:
● Graduate in Business/Marketing/Hospitality.
● 4–7 years’ experience in franchise sales / business development (F&B/retail preferred).
● Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
● Financial acumen to evaluate business models.
● Willingness to travel.
