As a Java & IBM BPM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business process management (BPM) solutions for our company.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop BPM solutions using IBM BPM and Java-based technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processesAnalyze and optimize existing BPM solutions to improve efficiency and effectivenessTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IBM BPM and Java applicationsDevelop and maintain technical documentation for all BPM solutionsStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BPM technology and make recommendations for improvementTrain and mentor junior developers on BPM best practices and techniquesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in developing BPM solutionsStrong understanding of BPM concepts and methodologiesMandatory hands-on experience with IBM BPMMandatory strong proficiency in JavaExperience with JavaScript and SQLExposure to other BPM tools such as Pega or Appian is a plusExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProven track record of delivering high-quality BPM solutions on time and within budgetWork Experience Additional Parameters: Experience with Agile development methodologiesKnowledge of cloud-based BPM solutionsCertification in IBM BPM is a plusWork Experience• Graduate in Engineering with relevant experience• Strong hands-on experience in Java and IBM BPM (mandatory)• Development of Business Objects, User Interface Screens (Coaches) in IBM BPM• Demonstrative knowledge of web application technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Dojo, jQuery, Ajax, other web technologies, and database technologies• RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL• Mandatory experience working on IBM BPM tools• Exposure to WebSphere, BPM, and ECM• Experience in working on relevant latest technologies / AI concepts will be an added advantage
