Job Role :
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated VMC Operator to join our machining team. The candidate should be capable of operating VMC machines, handling production activities, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities :
Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines safely and efficiently.
Load and unload components and tools
Read basic engineering drawings and process sheets
Perform offset corrections and tool setting
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments
Maintain machine cleanliness and daily maintenance checks
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved Coordinate with programmers and setters during production
Requirements :
Minimum experience in VMC machine operation
Skills Preferred :
Discipline and teamwork
Attention to quality and accuracy
Willingness to work in shifts if required
Basic knowledge of tooling and cutting parameters
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
