We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Video Editor with a strong background in motion graphics to join our production team. In this role, you will take ownership of the post-production lifecycle, turning raw footage and animated assets into high-impact visual stories. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of professional experience specifically within a motion production environment, blending cinematic editing techniques with advanced motion design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cinematic & Narrative Editing: Lead the end-to-end post-production workflow, blending raw footage, motion assets, and audio into polished, high-end videos.
- Motion Graphics Integration: Seamlessly incorporate complex 2D/3D motion graphics, typography, and visual effects into video timelines.
- Storytelling & Pacing: Translate creative briefs and script concepts into visually engaging narratives with precise pacing and rhythm.
- Audio & Color Mastering: Execute professional color grading, sound design, and audio mixing to ensure broadcast-quality output.
- Workflow Optimization: Manage media assets, project files, and rendering pipelines efficiently across collaborative team servers.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience, with a mandatory background working inside a motion design agency, animation studio, or motion-heavy production company.
- Software Expertise: Advanced mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is strictly required. Familiarity with Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, or Blender is a strong plus.
- Portfolio: A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating exceptional pacing, narrative structure, and the integration of fluid motion graphics.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios, and compression standards for multi-platform delivery (Web, Social Media, Broadcast).
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with motion designers, producers, and creative directors under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
