We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tally Trainer to join our training institute. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on Tally ERP / Tally Prime, helping students gain practical accounting knowledge, and preparing them for job placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9
- Teach accounting fundamentals along with GST, TDS, Payroll, and Inventory management
- Provide real-time practical examples and case studies
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Monitor student progress and provide individual support
- Assist students with interview preparation and placement support
- Maintain attendance and training records
- Stay updated with the latest GST and accounting regulations
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9
- Good understanding of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Payroll
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Practical industry experience preferred
- Ability to handle both beginners and advanced-level students
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related qualification
- 2–5 years of experience in Tally training or accounting field
- Industry experience in accounting firms preferred
