Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Tiruppur Municipal Corporation Office
Experience: 8–10 Years
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end project execution from project award to completion.
- Coordinate with Tiruppur Municipal Corporation officials, Engineers, Commissioners, and other government authorities.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with government officers and stakeholders.
- Monitor daily project progress and ensure timely completion of all project activities.
- Attend project review meetings and represent the company professionally.
- Follow up for approvals, permissions, work orders, completion certificates, and other project-related documents.
- Monitor installation, commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
- Ensure project quality, safety, and compliance with client requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
- Maintain all project documentation, records, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and field engineers for smooth project execution.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues in coordination with management.
- Follow up on project billing, payment collections, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits regularly and provide progress updates to management.
- Support management in identifying and developing new government project opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in EEE, ECE, Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics, E&I, or related Engineering field.
- 8–10 years of experience in handling Government or Municipal Corporation projects.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in project coordination, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Good knowledge of government procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
