- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Support performance appraisal and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee documentation.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, including the timely filing, monthly chalans, and management of PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll, deductions, PF transfers, ESIC benefits, and leave policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of core experience in HR Operations and Payroll Management.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with HRIS software and Payroll portals (e.g., PF/ESIC government portals).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) is a must.
- Deep understanding of Indian statutory compliances, payroll structures, and labor laws.
- Strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
