Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and track all company bank account entries and transactions on a daily basis.

Manage and process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Support credit and debit processes as needed.

Prepare daily records of all banking activities and produce consolidated financial reports.

Track daily earnings and expenses, providing regular financial reports to management.

Assist the treasury team with special projects and tasks as requested.

Ensure the timely and accurate completion of treasury-related tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
Skills:
- Good numeric and analytical skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners.

Work Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or treasury-related role is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and basic financial management software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
