Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Grade 1 Math Teacher to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to make mathematics enjoyable and meaningful for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate Math lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop students' foundational mathematical concepts through interactive and hands-on learning activities.
- Assess, record, and monitor student progress regularly.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
- Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of primary school mathematics concepts.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a school environment.
- Experience teaching Mathematics at the Primary School level is preferred.

Preferred Requirement

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
