Position Summary
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR
strategies that support the organizational goals of Season Two Senior Living. This role
involves overseeing recruitment, training, employee engagement, performance
management, HR compliance, and the creation of a positive and service-oriented
workplace culture that reflects the company’s values of empathy, respect, and
excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Develop and implement staffing strategies to attract, hire, and retain high quality talent across all levels, especially care staff, hospitality professionals, and administrators.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations.
- Lead employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration and alignment with company culture.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment that reflects the compassionate ethos of senior care.
- Address employee grievances promptly and in accordance with company policy.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and teambuilding activities.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and stay interviews to ensure staff satisfaction and retention.
3. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare and hospitality experts to design specialized training for caregiving, safety, and customer service.
- Promote a continuous learning culture across the organization.
4. Performance Management
- Develop and manage performance evaluation systems and KPI frameworks.
- Support managers in setting clear performance goals and providing constructive feedback.
- Coordinate annual appraisals, salary revisions, and promotion cycles.
5. Policy Development & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labour laws and industry standards.
- Maintain up-to-date employee handbooks, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Implement systems for record-keeping, HR metrics, and audit-readiness.
6. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ensure accurate data management.
- Oversee payroll coordination in collaboration with finance.
- Manage employee benefits, leave policies, and attendance systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or of similar nature.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, and aligned with the values of senior care.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
Preferred Qualities:
- Prior experience in a senior living, healthcare, or customer-centric environment.
- Multilingual abilities (English and Malayalam preferred).
- Passion for working in a purpose-driven organization with a social impact.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
