Consultivo is looking for a high-energy, network-backed Assistant Manager – Business Development to drive growth across two highly complementary portfolios: our People Advisory vertical (featuring 10–12 premium, IP-driven solutions like Employee Engagement Surveys, B&HR Audits, Due Diligence, and DEI Audits) and Consultivo Academy (our corporate training and safety/sustainability capacity-building solutions).
This is an outbound, relationship-driven role. We are looking for a corporate sales professional who already speaks the language of HR and can immediately leverage an active, established network of CHROs, Learning & Development (L&D) Heads, and HR decision-makers across India.
What You Will Do
● Leverage & Monetize Your Network: Introduce Consultivo’s premium corporate training programs and strategic advisory solutions to your existing network of 200–500 HR and L&D leaders.
● Dual-Track B2B Sales: Use fast-moving corporate training solutions to get a foot in the door with new accounts, while simultaneously pitching premium, high-value consulting/audit solutions.
● End-to-End Account Management: Own the complete sales lifecycle - from warm outreach and consultative positioning to proposal customization, pitching, and closing enterprise deals.
● Value-Based Positioning: Move beyond transactional selling; learn to guide HR leaders toward strategic solutions that impact organizational culture, compliance, and sustainability.

- Pure B2B Enterprise Sales/BD Experience Only: This is a corporate lead-generation and sales-closing role. If your background is primarily in back-end HR operations, internal recruitment, sourcing, or administrative HR, your application will not be filtered forward.
- Target Industry Background: You must have worked (or currently work) in a B2B HR-facing ecosystem - such as corporate training companies, B2B ed-tech providers, HR consulting firms, compliance advisory, or premium executive search/manpower agencies.
- The Rolodex: You must possess an active, referenceable portfolio of HR/L&D corporate decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises across India.
Qualifications & Skills
● 1 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Enterprise Account Management targeting HR or L&D departments.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills - you can engage corporate leaders as a peer, not just a vendor.
● Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid structure while hitting commercial targets.
● Basic conceptual understanding of workplace training, employee engagement, or corporate compliance
Deep technical training on Consultivo IP will be provided..

Salary: 5 - 8 Lacs Annual CTC.
