Roles & Responsibilities
As an International Job Search Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a candidate's complete job search journey.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conduct welcome/onboarding calls with new clients.
- Collect and verify candidate documents.
- Organize and maintain candidate documentation.
- Review resumes and prepare ATS-friendly international resumes.
- Prepare customized cover letters.
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles for international job markets.
- Conduct job search strategy sessions with candidates.
- Research suitable job opportunities across multiple countries.
- Submit job applications through company career portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing, StepStone, and other international job portals.
- Maintain an accurate Job Application Tracker.
- Update customer dashboards with application details.
- Record application date, company, position, location, portal, and application status.
- Monitor employer responses and update application statuses.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview invitations and recruiter communications.
- Follow company SOPs to ensure quality and transparency throughout the engagement.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and documents.
- Work closely with the Operations and Admin teams to ensure timely execution of services.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Good internet research skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work with multiple online portals.
- Good typing speed.
- Organized and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn international recruitment processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Up to 1 year of experience in operations, recruitment, HR, documentation, customer support, or administration is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, recruitment, or international job portals will have added advantage.
