Liaise with Project Implementers to understand volunteering needs

Generate appropriate volunteering opportunities and role descriptions based on the needs

Raise awareness of the role and function of volunteers

Promote volunteering through recruitment, social media and campaigns

Interview and shortlist volunteers and ensure they are appropriately matched and trained for the position

Organize profile-raising events to attract new volunteers

Maintain databases and undertake any other administrative tasks

Drive Individual donor campaigns through various communication channels

Acquire, engage and retain Individual donors and fetch financial support for various initiatives of our Project.
