We are looking for a sincere, organized, and hardworking Office Assistant cum Computer Operator to manage office-related computer work and assist in daily administrative activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records in Microsoft Excel
- Handle bank reconciliation and account-related Excel entries
- Prepare and format documents in MS Word
- Manage emails, mailing, and online correspondence
- Conduct online research and collect required information
- Maintain office files, reports, and records properly
- Assist in routine office administration work
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and clients when required
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (especially account work and data entry)
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and basic accounting entries
- Working knowledge of MS Word and email handling
- Ability to do online research efficiently
- Good typing speed and computer handling skills
- Basic understanding of office procedures
- Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Qualification
- 12th, Graduate or Undergraduate with good computer knowledge
- Commerce background preferred
- Experience in office/account work will be an advantage
